Booking Policies

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Arriving early? Let us know, if no one is checking out that day, we'll try to accommodate you. For a later check-out, please give us at least 2 days' notice.

48-Hour Hold

To confirm your reservation, we need payment within 48 hours of sending your invoice. Troncones books up months ahead, so unpaid holds are released quickly to other guests.

Deposits & Payment

Fees and taxes are included in all rates. The deposit required depends on the length of your stay:

  • •Stays of 14 nights or fewer: payment in full to reserve.
  • •Stays of 14–30 nights: a 50% deposit (or 14 nights, whichever is greater) at booking, with the balance due at least 60 days before arrival.
  • •Stays of 4 weeks or more: a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due at least 120 days before arrival.
  • •Holiday periods: payment in full to reserve.

Cancellation

Cancel for any reason and we'll happily refund 95% of whatever nights we're able to re-rent. Let us know as early as possible so we can start re-booking, then check with us after your planned stay to see what we recovered. We recommend travel insurance.
