Casa Oasis is a 45-minute drive from Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH), which receives direct US flights in peak season; the owners can arrange a trusted driver for airport pickup. Units are booked directly with the owners by email or the website inquiry form — there is no instant-booking checkout. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Guest pets are not accommodated, though the owners keep a cat on the property and dogs visit frequently.

- Fees and taxes are included in all rates.
- Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice to hold dates; unpaid holds are released.
- Deposit by length of stay: 14 nights or fewer, payment in full to reserve. 14-30 nights, a 50% deposit (or 14 nights, whichever is greater) at booking with the balance due at least 60 days before arrival. 4 weeks or more, a 50% deposit at booking with the balance due at least 120 days before arrival. Holiday periods are paid in full to reserve.
- Cancellations are refunded at 95% of whatever nights can be re-rented; travel insurance is recommended.
